Vetting and Professional References

To maintain the high standards of our chapter and protect the interests of our property managers, all Affiliate member applications must now include at least one (1) professional reference. The Chapter reserves the right to contact this reference to vet the applicant’s business practices and reputation within the industry before approval.

When you SUBMIT the form you will be prompted to choose one of the following:

1) Affiliate Membership - $200.00 Annually (Dues ARE NOT auto-renewed)
2) Affiliate Membership + Pre-paid meetings - $380.00 (11 meetings for the price of 9 or a 20% discount when you pad in advance)
